WAX already has various use cases. NFT marketplace, DEFI, exchanges, tons of games that are popping out every day. WAX is the leader in daily active users comparing it to competitors.

The team behind WAX is experienced and has already made a famous digital marketplace called OPSKIN. William Quigley is CEO of WAX. Jonathan Yantis is COO both in WAX and OPSKIN. It is obvious that WAX has huge potential, especially if OPSKIN moves over to a decentralized marketplace, WAX.

The team already released the majority of its plans in 2021. If you check Github, you can see there are 27 active repositories, and there is still work that needs to be done. They still work on Defi, new Wallet 3.0, cloud mobile wallet, and mass adoption.

Everything I know about tokenomics is that there are 3,770,303,327 tokens as maximum supply. At the moment, almost 50% is already circulating. But the tokenomics have staking protocols as well as burning, so circulating supply may change in both directions.

The community is not hyped about WAX at all, probably because most of the members are actually looking for games to play and, in the process, make some money. WAC has many games, and that may be the reason why the community is not that active, which is a good thing actually. It means that the price of the token is not hyped.

Donations are not needed, I can pay for the server, that’s not a problem. But if you do donate I appreciate it and will for sure stay motivated to share all my findings of projects I research. Also, I have added a new rating, donations rating which will prove how likely people are prone to tipping, donating a specific coin and how active is the coin’s community.

What is WAX

WAX is a new blockchain closely related to the EOS blockchain but with some differences. WAX is created for fast NFT transactions. Millions of people can transact with NFTs on a fast and affordable network. The most popular games on the WAX network are Alien Worlds and Novarallyracing. WAX stands for Worldwide Asset eXchange. It is currently the number one blockchain network regarding NFTs. And why would it not be when transactions fees are zero, compare that to Ethereum, and you wonder why those other NFT related companies use Ethereum.

WAX is mainly focused on games, gaming assets, and everything related to online gaming. It is delegated proof of stake network, and everyone who stakes token can vote. WAX initially started as ERC20, but as soon as the devs found out that Ethereum is old technology that is slow and has high fees, they created their own Wax blockchain. WAX is also environmentally friendly; just as many newborn blockchains, everyone runs away from slow, energy-consuming high fees networks.
